a cornerstone of team leadership.
We as Ursulines believe that effective
leadership is rooted in the following values:

To work as team is the most
appropriate way to function - to take time to
pray, work and play together

To use a significant portion of
meetings for reflection and prayer where the
experience of the Holy allows each one to be
enriched by the other's spirituality and to be
strengthened by the questioning and searching we
hold in common;

To be in mutual relationship with
each other and all of creation;

To engage in a process of decision
making that is collaborative, discerning and
inclusive;

To encourage every community
member to participate, as fully as possible in all
that pertains to the life we share in common.

to be accepted with trust and joy.

a call to promote dialogue,
